ABOUT DPULSE
Founded 2003 as home label of US electronic
music collective 3kStatic,
dPulse releases are distributed in Europe by
Neo/Sony BMG Germany/Cargo Records Germany.
US digital distribution by ONE Digital. In the UK
by AWAL and Continental Europe by Neo MCC GmbH.
Digital releases are available via all major
digital download retailers, ringtone providers and
other outlets.
While dPulse is primarily committed to the recorded
works of 3kStatic and its collaborators, the label
also
operates in partnership with several imprints with
releases specializing in specific genres,
including:
Sundown Recordings (house); Pharmacy Recordings
(dance); Nophi (alternative/experimental); Mixdown
(live); hyperMEDIA (UK pop); Breaks Collective
(breaks), Pulsolid (vinyl) and db Records
(dance/house).
dPulse has also partnered with Indaba Records
(South Africa) for publishing and distribution of
its artists and releases,
particularly in emerging markets.
Collectively, the dPulse family of labels released
over 300 tracks and albums in 2007, including
acclaimed new releases from:
Girls United, Robert Bond, Logickal, Ariel Curtis
and Scarlet BLONDE; plus catalog releases/re-issues
from P. Hux,
Kasuf & The Mazz Muvement and 3kStatic.

CHARTS
The Rom DiPrisco remix of the 3kStatic track
'Counterprogramming' leads new chart activity for
the week ending 03.09, as the mix moves to
#5
on the Electronica sales charts at djtunes.com.
Elsewhere on the charts, 'Showdown' feat.
Parthenon Huxley remains #1
on the Downtempo
charts at DJ site PlayItTonight,
and thus begins its fifth consectutive week at
#1.
Also opening its fourth week at #1
is the forthcoming single 'Council Housed and
Violent (feat. vileevils)',
currently
#1
on the Electronica
charts at UK site PlayDigital.
The promotional music video for 'Council Housed and
Violent' is also now available on the
YouTube
channel
of indie studio Command
Pictures,
producers of films from Public Enemy and
other SLAMjamz artists.
The 3kStatic album Voodoo
Science
continues to rack up significant chart milestones,
and remains at #14 today on the Leftfield
charts at popular download site

where the album has been Top 15 or better since its
initial US digital release 01.29.08. Also at
eMusic, the singles 'Ma-Ma-Ma
Belle'
(also releasing on 12" vinyl on the Cargo Records
Germany label) remains at #26,
